Tamper Stand | Blackwood

Stand for your Pullman Tamper. Protects and looks good. Handcrafted by Pullman as always, made from the same wood as the corresponding tamper handles, chisel, portafilter handle and E-61 lever, for the completely uniform Pullman look and feel.

Blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon)
Botanically, the species Acacia melanoxylon belongs to the genus Acacia. Blackwood is mainly found in Tasmania. The heartwood is from light brown to reddish dark brown with a distinctive pattern. It is a high quality wood for interior and exterior use, in boat building and as turnery wood.

Easy to clean with a damp cloth. Individual engravings with less contrast than aluminium. Pullman hardwood handles are very popular and make a great contrast to stainless steel machines and work surfaces.
