Harmonious and balanced, yet strong with enough caffeine, Wake Up is our morning coffee.

The Wake Up is a blend of Brazilian and Ugandan top varieties. Both are processed naturally, i.e. dried in the cherry, and therefore have a nice basic sweetness. The key aromas are chocolate, honey and nuts.

The coffees are of course hand-picked before they are carefully processed on the farm. Both varieties are roasted individually and only then blended in a specific ratio to avoid inconsistencies due to different bean sizes. 

For the preparation we use a BigStep, Chisel and a Pullman Filtration Basket 876 with 17-19g. We use 18g ground coffee, take 28 seconds, drink 34g.
