Zebrano (Microberlinia bisculata) belongs to the genus of carob trees and grows up to 40 m high. It has a light wood with narrow dark brown to almost black stripes, reminiscent of a zebra pattern. Zebrano is hard, brittle and is used in car interiors, in furniture making and for turned objects

Its unique grain is the reason for its popularity. Easy to clean with a damp cloth. Pullman hardwood handles are very popular and provide a great contrast to stainless steel machines and worktops.
